Banks/ATM machines:  You will find many banks and ATM machines close to the hotel. If you need directions, please ask at the reception.

Car parking: You can park your car at our garage for a fee of EUR 10.00 for 24 hours. For larger groups we offer 3 bus parking places.

Check-in/Check-out: Our rooms are available on the arrival day at 2:30 p.m. 
On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to return your key until 11:00 a.m. Your luggage can be stored safely at the reception.

Environmental protection: The protection of our environment and sustainability are very important issues to us. High quality standards, the safety of our products and the efficient use of natural resources are important foundations for development of our operations. 
Please help us to protect the environment! If you want to use your towel again, we kindly ask you to hang it up again. If you want to change your towel, please leave it on the floor. 
When leaving your room, we ask you to turn off the lights in order to save energy.

Guided City Tour: Would you like to learn more about St. Pölten? You get more information about the history of the city at a guided walking tour through the city and the government district of St. Pölten. Please let the reception know when you would like to be picked up at the hotel. Price on request.

The ticket agency for  Festspielhaus, Landestheater and  Bühne im Hof is located at the Rathausplatz 19. Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Meetings/Events: We dispose of six (6) well-equipped, spacious and quiet meeting/event rooms with natural daylight and air conditioning. The equipment fulfills modern meeting-standards.

Newspapers: Daily newspapers are available at our hotel lobby.
 
Payment: We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard as well as ATM-Cards.
 
Parking area: You can use our parking area by availability for € 10.00 for 24 hours. On request, bus parking is possible, too.

Pets: On request, pets are allowed at the hotel. Price: EUR 12.00/pet/day.
 
Pharmacy: Pharmacies are regularly open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.. For Pharmacy emergency – please contact our reception desk.

Postcards: Stamped postcards can be left for dispatch at the reception desk. You can buy postcards and stamps at tobacco shops in the city and at the Tourist Information Center St. Pölten. There are also Souvenirs of St. Pölten available (Rathausplatz 1).

Reception: Do you need an extra blanket or a further pillow? Ask our reception staff, we are always pleased to help you. 
We also organize taxi transfers, theatre tickets and much more. At the reception you will find city maps, bicycle maps and many more information about St. Pölten, Lower Austria, etc.
 
Restaurant/Bar: Our hotel doesn’t have an “À la Carte” restaurant. We recommend the restaurant „dasGOLD´s“ at our partner hotel, the Cityhotel D&C. We are pleased to make a reservation for you. For more information, please ask at the reception.
The hotel bar is open from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Room Service: We offer room service from 08:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Surcharge for room service: EUR 5.00 per order.

Safe: Each room is equipped with a private safe. 
 
Safety tips: Please don’t leave your luggage or your personal belongings without attendance. Lock your valuables in the private safe and keep your room key always with you. 

Shoe shine machine: A shoe polishing machine can be found on the 2nd and 3rd floor near the elevators.
 
Shopping: At the inner-city of St. Pölten, a pedestrian zone with many shops, stores and coffee-shops invites to strolling and shopping. In the North of St. Pölten, a big shopping mall called “Traisenpark” is situated, in the South of the city, the “Center Süd” with many different shops can be found.

Smoking:  The Hotel Metropol is a non-smoking hotel. At all areas of the hotel, smoking is strictly forbidden!
Please note: If the fire brigade is alarmed in case of smoking or damaging of a smoke detector, we have to charge the costs to you (about EUR 450.00). For smoking in the room, an additional charge of EUR 50.00 has to be paid.

Television: Each room has cable-TV. 

Toilet articles: You’ve forgot your toothbrush? At our boutique at the reception you will find a small selection of toiletries.

Wake-up Service: Please let the reception know when you like to get your wake-up call.
